How are the sessions conducted ?

SOS Coaching sessions are individual, one-shot sessions.

They can cover all the subjects that pose a problem to you and that you want to deal with as quickly as possible, for example: making an important choice, having a professional interview, calming your emotions, managing a conflict ...

Sessions are conducted by phone or Skype, Zoom, and last 30 minutes . They can be done anywhere, as long as you have a good internet or satellite connection.

As soon as you feel the need, contact me directly or go to our online booking platform and make an appointment with me for a session during the day or in the next few days.
