Réalise&Vous is a coaching and training company specialized in Management, Communication and Career Development.

Our objective: To support companies (Executives, Human Resources Director, Managers, Teams) and individuals, in their professional development, their quest for meaning and motivation at work.

 

After a solid experience of team manager and coach with companies for more than 12 years, sometimes in difficult economic contexts (reorganization, redundancy ...), in 2017 I wanted to offer my services to more people and help them to develop fully in their professional life.

 

Trainer and professional Coach certified RNCP (state diploma) and ACC by the International Coach Federation, I have more than 2000 hours of coaching done to date.

Jury of the Ministry of Labor in charge of employment and former Sales Director of a multinational, I am specialized in behavior analysis, the search for meaning at work and motivational management.

 

Trained in Transactional Analysis (TA), Enneagram, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Dynamic Spiral, situational management as well as Assertiveness. I am also authorized to provide the MBTI model to customers.

 

In order to offer you a quality coaching, I regularly develop my skills by participating, among other things, in continuing training and being supervised .
